Dial-a-Service (DaS) is a Private Limited Company established to carry out a number of services, namely;
DAS was founded in September 2008 and is wholly owned by Ugandans. DaS’s business operation is run by young entrepreneurs with a passion for excellence, and partner a German-owned ICT company which runs the ICT operations.
From our offices along Lugogo Bypass, Kampala, DaS offers Outsourcing services through our contact Centre with multilingual operators (mainly English, Swahili, Luganda and 4Rs) servicing callers from different parts of the country.
We offer a range of services such as Help desk, Customer service, B2B & B2C Telemarketing, Commodity Trading, Technical support and Directory services among others, targeted at SMEs, corporations, government agencies and individuals.
